upload still not working

i have lookd at all on this forms so far and not 1 gave a real ancer to fix it

i tryed useing your program for moths now

and i hit same thing my uploads/ sending slow

i tryed 2.2f and few beta and  and custum templates the same thing even build #279

i have virginmedia 100m down and 12m up and pay over 30 pounds a moth

wen other ppl download from my server hfs thay get less then 1 m out of my 12m

i been over 7 of my friends and  speed test them all over 10 meg dowload upload not mater as thay downloading from me
thay  all the same  1m out of 12m from my hfs server  from difrant isp

i work with computes and fix and do networking so there no stuped file wall on or limiting/ if i run filezille server i send at my full 12m //other ppl downlaod from me at 12 m

can you help and is there 1 virshon you know this is not a prob

and i tryed most ports 80 8080 and few others

lan its fine full speed /lan speed

x8 = 6984 Kbps  (please notice the lowercase "b", that stands for bit, like in "speedtest", while HFS shows you Byte)

that's almost 7Mb/s
that's not your full capacity (it's 9-10), ok, but much more than "1m" as you thought.

i just ran  a test on my phone  and firefox and netlimiter all say 800 KB = 0.8meg can you use fire fox and test agen

useing phone samsung g s 3 if my phone is rong i send it back lol //////

i don't have firefox on my phone.
