Hi All,
First off this is great software and have been using for about 2 years plus. Rejetto and Stevens Guy great job and keep up the work.

Here is my problem. All things seem to work fine for 1 user at a time but when I logon at home different pc and a friend logs on from his home only one of us can use the server at this point. Is there a setting that needs to be set somewhere as I have searched and checked everything I can think of. As mentioned uploads, downloads, video all work but only for one of us at a time and if we logon minutes apart it locks one of us out. Im running Beta 237 at this time

Thanks again for great software and hope there is a simple fix

welcome!
you should specify what do you see exactly when you are "locked out". this description fits many things.
a possibility is Menu > Limits > Max simultaneous addresses.

Hi Rejetto and all,
The server is set to Disable for limits which from what I read and researched means no limits so both parties should be able to logon. The issue is I logon from home different computer as server is a standalone and logon without issue. When a 2nd logon tries to get on via server address which is name and set up with free dns connection it can not be made as they sit in limbo. As soon as I log off their connection now will see the logon screen and they are able to logon.
I am using all the standard stuff no diff templetes and both have High speed internet connections so bandwidth should not be an issue here. It just seems to be really odd. As mentioned earlier i am using TOG and does work well for 1 logon at a time. Any help or more pointers to check and try would be helpful and I thank all for their time and efforts trying to solve this issue. I hope I have explained enough here as I know this is brief but really dont know how else to explain. Locked out means they get sometimes to the logon screen and get to type in credentials then is just tries to connect for ever and if they manage some how to get on with me they are not able to do anything once they click on something IE: Download, Play a song or Upload.

menu > debug > show customized options
publish the text you get here.

try also to menu > debug > temporarily reset options
and see what happens to the problem.

anyway, i just noticed that with current version, resetting options will also hide all accounts.
since resetting options is something i made for testing, most of times you need to keep your accounts to make your tests.
i consider this a problem, and will fix it in next build. (238)

Well I believe the issue is solved. It possibly could have been a bad router. Belkin G+ Mimo router was running perfectly from what I could see. I purchased a Belkin N about 3 months ago and today I decided to put it in place and do some testing to make sure all was configured the same and check out the speeds and so forth. To our suprise this cured all the issues with not being able to have more than one connection going at one time. In the same breath I also upgraded to 2.2f #238. Is it a coincedence that these two cured the issue. I would say router was the issue at this time and I will do some testing with older versions to see if problem comes back. With this being said I would like to say thank you for all your help and sugguestions on what to try. Your prompt returns of messages was and is greatly appretiated. Keep up the good work as I really enjoy the software and now I will be making attempts at new templates. Again Thanks for your support and help.
