I think it is best to frease it as is, focus on the upload feature and leave all the rest till after that.

I fully agree with Rafi! I think more people would like to use an upload feature instead of all this small gadgets.

RCs are for bug fixing
if i introduce little features in the while is just to not get bored

it takes time to get a bug-free software

Ahha... and I thought we are disturbing you from writing version 2.0 (upload) ...

since version control can be difficult when modifying previous software releases all the time ...

But if "upload" is boring, you can try to invent a "resume" feature for it to make it more interesting ... Wink
