So here is the maximum  theoretical speed (downloading from you) in HFS:

276Kbps(bits per sec) / 8 (bits per Byte) = 34.5 KBps (Bytes per sec).

Everything seems to be OK, by the book... Cheesy
Just that you know - 276Kbps is quite high in ADSL. I have 96Kbps ...
So -  be happy, or pay more and be happier  Wink

Ps.
1. If rejetto can find a way to auto-compress the data  before the download - it will be faster!
2. And rejetto - it is a "bug"... Smiley you wrote in the status line - x.xx Kb/s instead of  KB/s ...   see what one small letter caused... Wink

1. most people swaps jpg, mp3 and zip files
they are already compressed and no gain would come from it
i could introduce in the future a gzip compression for html, but i don't think most users worry about it Wink

2. you may be amazed, but i never heard about the difference between KB and Kb. since i just saw that Windows uses KB i decided to translates all the Kb strings in HFS to KB. Smiley

It's really nothing important, just a convenient convention:  Smiley
