Why not get free Kerio firewall V2.1.5  and just put it on your PC +  change port 80 to something else .

Or you can use the banned IP list for all IPs *.*.*.*  + unban only those you permit (actually like a private firewall ...)

Rejetto, it seems that HFS does not show banned IPs in the logs, how could I fix that? (So that when a banned IP visits a page, I could see the IP in the log.)
