Hi i have a 640kb/s server on HFS , but no one couldn't enter it , i heve win xp , and avast antivirus or something like that ! and i have dynamic Ip , but some time ago eneybody could enter Sad what is wrong ?

Are you using a router?
Are you using any firewalls?
Is your ISP allowing servers?
Could you reach your server locally?

no i don't using a firewal or sometning like that , on ma localhost i can enter hfs and when i entering server on my comp on my-ip.org , but my friends couldn't connet my-ip.org , what is wrong ?

1. Are you using a router?
2. Is the NO-IP Client running on your computer and posting the correct IP?
3. Does "x".no-ip.org resolves to your external IP?

i don't have a router , yes no-ip client is running as a system service Smiley , and no-ip.org resolves my external ip , i can enter hfs server from my localhost and from no-ip.org , but my friends couldn's resolve no-ip.org ? why ? server is running , no-ip.org client is running i don't have blocked port 80 . What can i do ? Month ago my hfs server was running correctly

You might want to try another "non-standard port".
This is because your ISP might be blocking port 80 for external access.
You could also try looking at your ISP's pages for external port blockage.

i get this all the time when i try to get in to my server the url is valid and can not be loaded
