Hi , how can i make for my users speed limit , ex. on my serwer are 6 users , and i want that they all have the same speed , ex. 10kb/s , where i can make this settings ?

Menu->limits->speed-limit . I think it is  for ALL users, but I'm not sure.

yes, it is the total bandwidth.

i think it should be uniformly sliced, as far as the clients can get.

anything
