multiuser enviroment

i want to add multiuser enviroment support: i just made the "users" dialog to search users also in the "application data" folder.
I will add, then, an option to create directly in the app.data folder

Do you think it would be enough?

How should it behave about starting users?
This is my idea: i should keep using the values saved in common.ini, so systemwide, and not per-user. But i would add a feature "create a shortcut for starting this user directly" on the desktop/start menu/quicklaunch.
