Can i use Macromedia FlashMX and Macromedia Dreamweaver MX to create a HFS template ?

i don't know, because i don't use that software, but i can advice:
if you don't want to edit the html by hand, just design your template as a simple html page. when the work is done, you open the html file by hand and cut it in pieces so you get a correct template.
