Hi there!
First of all, sorry for my bad english, i normaly just speak german  Wink
Ok, so here is my question:

I'm running the HFS since 2 hours and think it is great, but how can i use Icons from programs, for example the Icon from the yahoo messenger, which I don't use with the HFS?
I don't know if you understand what I mean, so I give you an example! I've 3 versions of the yahoo messenger on my server, but all 3 files have this typical installation icon, with the small pc an cd-rom. I now want to have the Yahoo "Y" instead of the standard icon, but i can't change the icon if i do a right click in the windows explorer to change the icon. How can i assign the icon-file in the hfs?

I hope you know what i mean

the Y icon you are talking about it is likely to be inside the exe file of your software.

so, drag&drop that exe file in HFS, and the icon you want should appear.
now you can remove it (if you don't want to share it), because HFS will keep that icon in memory.
you can now use that icon for any item in your virtual file system.
