themes system

please, be patient, i'm working an the themes system
it takes about 2-3 days of work, so i don't know when it will be finished, it depends on my freetime

at the moment, these are the changes for the next version, other than the themes system

CHANGE: users: users folders in "application data" folder are listed too
CHANGE: users: the dialog is resizable and "new user" uses a dialog to enter the uin
BUGFIX: preferences had a too little default height
BUGFIX: no warning was shown for too long passwords (the server has a limit of 8 chars)
BUGFIX: now retrieving default web browser from key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\http\shell\open\command
