    Can you tell me, who to change MIME & MIME-type seting. To share *.exe *.rar or *.mp3 file.

Look here::  :!:

    *.exe - application/octet-stream
    *.mp3 - audio/mpeg
    *.rar - I'm not sure... Possibly: application/x-compress or application/x-rar or application/rar
