I'm new at this, therefore to your product as well.  First I want to thank you for this opportunity for me to use it.  But, I went in to the template edit mode and question..."Can I use MS Frontpage to create a template or are there any other html editors I can use as well.  Thank you for your input.

All you need is a text editor like windows notepad to edit and customize the template.

i guess you have to use a text editor, yes
my advice is to use aedix or pspad

i can't advice any wysiwyg editor, because i don't use any

No. FrontPage would ruin the HFS format. Please use a plain-text editor that does not add extra code such as Notepad.
