I whant to "speak"  russian with my friend but she only see ieroglif`s.  How can I fix it?

she must make some change in registy (i dont know how it calls in none russian win but just start>run>regedit)
then you must find smth like (if i'm not mistaking control machine >...>current control set>nls) nls_1250
and you must change values of 1250-1254 to 1251
this must help
