New version with fix was uploaded.
Now you can using system-default codepage.

The invisibility checker tried to check all people at once and thus flooded the server and got me disconnected each time. This did not happen in Shyrs version (0.9.6.7), which spreads out the packets during the interval. Please fix (I had 100+ contacts to check)

another question: there's a new feature in that R&Q (0.10.0.201) called "XStatus" ... does anyone know what's about that? can't really reproduce what's the sence of that
