When i try to access from my external ip a site from isp pops up.

You need to forward the ports to your computer:

Hmm... try use another port (you are using port 80, right?)...
There are ISPs that blocks port 80.

I forward port 8080 on TCP as well as UDP to my computer what router do you have and are you using a wireless network? <-- I just want to know :lol:
