right now i tested speed limit on beta31 and works nicely.
check if your settings are right, or find how to reproduce the problem on another PC.
to solve, try "clear options and quit"

thanks man,but im not worried about the speed limit...i mean like the max connections and max connections per i.p. because sometimes people use their proggys to try to flood the connections...

oh sorry i misread
i tested max connections using 2
then opened 2 connections to HFS (telnet localhot 80)
then used the browser, and HFS returned "server busy"
this is the expected behaviour

ive done the same thing you did,yes your correct it does limit it to two connections total..but when people use programs such as "server attack" or something to flood with multiple it exceeds the limit somehow...have you changed the way it limits since 1.6 ? maybe thats it..if you have no more answers then thats fine ill leave you alone LOL. :?

p.s. ive tried the beta34. had a friend test it for me and still no luck.

once again sorry for bothering you.
i also havent tried this on another comp so ill do that soon B)

this because the feature is not meant to be an anti-DoS

i may put an option for it, to disconnect suddenly but... options, options, options, we have to add only what is really neeed.
who needs such thing? if you have someone who is attacking you, then ban him. Smiley
