R&Q says "unknown error" and disconnect while logging in, but this packet should mean "too many clients from the same ip address"

Thanks for errors.
But I think that error $0015 is not mean "too many clients from the same ip address".

This I found in docs:
  0x0015   "Reservation link error"
  0x0016   "The users num connected from this IP has reached the maximum"
  0x0017   "The users num connected from this IP has reached the maximum (reservation)"


All errors will be added. Thanks
