well...i have a ftp working successfully...and i wanted to get this program to work...but every time i use it..i send the people to my internet IP and it takes forever to load then doesn't...i also tried the self test thing and it comes back saying i have a firewall or router..which i disabled the firewall..soo do yall have any ideas as to what the problem could be? thanks for the help

it is likeley you have to configure your router

umm...i'm on a switch...which goes directly to the modem...so there is no router :-D

many modems are actually routers....
