I suck at templates and design but I wonder if anyone could tell me what I would have to do to make my template like the layout

Here

I would like the same layout but instead of the text and boxes to the right just to have the downloads and folders to replace them

I was also wondering if I added a "download" link to the navigation menu.....
and they click on it it would open my http server with the same layout assuming my first problem is resolved...is their a way to NOT let them know its your ip like keep it as the same url from where they clicked "download" from?
