I have a very strange question:

I give out the link of files with HFS, works perfect. But if I give out the link of folder which includes files, my friend could see the folder,  see the files under that folder, but when trying to download files, error occurs:

"404 - Not found
go to root
....."

Update your VFS (virtual file system).  You might have made changes to the location of the files on your drives but forgot to update the VFS so that it includes the url changes for those files.  When that happens HFS will give a 404 not found message because of the outdated url found in the VFS.
