Port 80

hi --- my question regards my computer and opening port 80....i was using HFS for about two weeks until for some reason my server had shut off...i turn it back on and i start up hfs and i cant open port 80 in the hfs program...so i start hfs on my main computer and i am able to open port 80 what is the problem??? can you e-mail me @ jbrosmer@gmail.com

the port 80 on the first computer is already used by another program.
just that.
