help ip problem

i got this ip: 192.168.1.100
but i do external ip its change to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
but when i try open xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx in browser
it wont open but when i type 192.168.1.100 its opening the page
what to do?

external IP can't work for you, only for others

Also you must forward the port in your router if you havnt already.
