0.9.3.9 released as...."stable" :roll:

the new installer includes 5 (five) additional themes, only 1Mb

there are a problem when i use html tags in chat.
generated history file in browser interpretates its as own tags then ...

There is such lack... In adjustments connections to be exact report HTTPS no an opportunity to specify login and password under which is necessary to work through a proxy....
Whether there is what that a patch for addition of these adjustments?
