Hi, sorry if this has been asked before, or is already possible. I did search for it in the forum and manual.

anyway, Is it possible to make the log record the path and filename of the downloaded file alongside the 'fully downloaded' entry? or is this only able to log the actual packets not what they contain?
I would like to be able to see what files each user has downloaded.

hmm, i understand someone may want to log only full downloads, and have there the filename.
ok, i think it can be included in next build.
i think the best path to log is the virtual one. it is usually shorter, and it is more deterministic.

Yeah, I meant the virtual path anyway :-)
anyway, cool thanks

HFS is a great program, it's saved the day many times when I need to transfer a large file to someone. So thankyou :-)

Requested GET /Music/MP3-1/Mandy Moore/Mandy Moore - Only Hope.mp3
Fully downloaded - 5.35 MB @ 1623 KB/s - /Music/MP3-1/Mandy%20Moore/Mandy%20Moore%20-%20Only%20Hope.mp3

Is this what is meant by the addition to build 066?  If so, I'm not sure why it is needed as the url is already present in the Requested GET ...
Or maybe you are thinking that there could be many log enteries between the Requested GET and when the download completes when the Fully Downloaded log info is presented.  Is that it?

yes, and even you can have request logging disabled.
and anyway you should be careful reading the port to relate the request. i think the "fully downloaded" is a line interesting anyone, also newbies, and should be easy to understand.

By the way, I have encode spaces disabled.  Shouldn't that be respected in the Fully downloaded log entry?

that is a bug Smiley

By adding the url to the fully download log entry, that will definitely increase the size of the logs and I'm sure slow things down by doing so.

i don't think it will be so heavy. lets try!

Could there be a log option to turn off the addition of the url and still leave the fully download info as it was?

we can have an option for anything, but please try for a little time, and lets add the option only after we are sure we need it.
