Log failed logins

now when a user try one or 2 times to log with a inexistent user or wrong password I dont get nothing in the log.
I will like to have somethig like:
-time "login attemp" IP User.

hmm nice idea... i'd like the ability to set a number of times of a failed password on a known username... then the ability to set how long the account suspension goes for.

i think the auto-ban feature in the to-do-list is much better than suspending an account
