New user registration field

I use terayon 1.3.0.8 and I want that new users to register before they can use my server, how can I do this? The solutions I read on this forum imply use of outlook to send user registering request but is not what I need. Please help me

For now, what you can do is to give the user a way to contact you, like your email address.
