yes, Web browsers like Firefox and Internet explorer have a timeout.

+ v164 & v165 stopped all uploads and activity and lose the clients after the update message, it need a reset after the alert box.

Ok, now it is clear. Live is not compatible with current template engine.
Next beta should be compatible and ignore such problems.

HFS need to be closed and restarted to take again the slots leeching the files.
after every new update alert, when you are not here to clic yes. it cut the server when you sleep.
it need an auto close alert box if no response.


for the search,
if you can see all, it works !, it is a bug on my internet, it is a strange loop reaction on heavy folders.( maybe a job for microsoft )

or you have an optical connection.

i think i was wrong jerome.
i made some tests, and by activating the log what -> disconnections i just discovered the timeout was just an option of HFS: connection inactivity timeout.
The building of the page was not considered as activity. In next build it will.
In the while you can try by disabling this option, but my advice is to renable it ASAP.

Questa è l'ultima versione in fase di test.
Non è la versione ufficiale.
La versione ufficiale la trovi sul sito di HFS.
Se sei interessato alle ultime novità e te la senti di provare un software in fase di costruzione, allora puoi usare questa versione, altrimenti tieniti quella ufficiale.

Last time again on 168 Update alert,
it stop all the the send on connected users, freeze the out speed on 0k, i must kick the IP to see moving the send again by a new refreshed request. ( tested on single user Download Limit 10 slots )

Usually when i check the http root, it is blank and explorer don't want to connect the server until a new HFS start. ( this time i updated it directly before check )

if you don't update it every day it is not a problem  or i will chose no Auto update and make it manually.

my machine was very capricious until the Last windows updates   
i hope it will go well now.
(a pack was refusing to install in my box, this time it take it, maybe it will help )

what is 10 slots?
can you make a screenshot of HFS when it is in such situation?

you mean "auto check" or "update automatically" ?


....what about the timeout problem? was it fixed?
