What is  the "Cannot connect [11004]" error? &RQ doesn't even make a connection when showing this message Sad

How to  fix this?

i use last version &RQ and i have this problem - why it happened? all work before yesterday ok, but now imust use ICQ pro - i did not like it. Help me fix this problem

also i try to use IP address of login.isq.com and recive message error

verify you are typing it right "login.icq.com"
and try changing your DNS server

Which DNS server are u reffering to?
If you are talking about Primary DNS server that is given to you but your ISP then how would you deal with that problem??

you can specify another DNS server if you want
i did it sometimes when the server provided by my ISP was not working

I tried to change the DNS to a random number and my Internet would stop working. I also have NAT firewall with my Router can that couse any problems??

a random number is not ok
you should know a real DNS server
sometimes i use 151.100.4.2
