in build 0.9.4.7 after having set "My authorization is required before people add me to their lists" user doesn't get authorization request

Also, when exiting from auto-away status is not returned to online.

Another bug - X button quits the application, i think before it just minimized &RQ. Then when i check "confirmation exit" in the preferences, when i press X and at the dialog - "No"  &RQ closes and never asks again for exit confirmation

No, it's not a bug.
Look at preferences->design:
Window title bar:

* Show both close and minimize button
* Show only close button
* Show close button acting as minimize button

I think you want the third alternative (as do I).
