I can't receive any messages!

I sent people messages, they always get them, but eventually I don't receive a reply from them, even if they wrote it! And when i turn on ICQ or Trillian, these replies come to me as offline messages, so there is some problem here... I use version 0.9.4.7, but i had that bug since 0.9.3.* Help!

ICQ, Trillian. Haven't tried Miranda, but i can receive messages from other people using &RQ

I am talking from 2001 to 2003! But what annoys me most is that i am the only one! i have never seen anyone else have that problem... What can possibly be wrong??

I also know the problem about the web-ICQ (was it go.icq.com?) -- the people send letters to &RQ, I receive the messages, but THEY do not see mine.

Still it was not much of a problem.

i'm thinking about a "force message compatibility", that let you send all messages in the simpliest way (so-called type1 messages)

I have the same problem with all the vertions of &RQ. People send me their messages but I don't receive 'em. Although they normally receive mine.

what is the client from which you are not getting messages ?
had you try with &RQ 0.9.4.16 ?

I had the same problem in 0.9.4.14 &RQ - i was written from ICQ Lite.
But I saw the messages (notwithstanding that they were not readable).

One more thing - when i was using Miranda the messages can reach me but I even can't see them though they were in history.

Yep, i wrote about russian messages.
And I think "v0r0n" has written about rus. messages too,
cause there is no problem with english etc.

as you can image, i never tested it on russian messages
i put it in my bugs-list, and will check for some documentation about it
