Some trouble with "users change"

When you enter a new user the order is incorrectly.
It means that first order is not equal to final oreder.
New account be last,
but then it will be putting in order!

ps it's very small, but very worry mistake, because if you click to last registration account it's not mean that &RQ connect to this number!
