I can't seem to find this anywhere, but my computer crashed on me and I had to reinstall, so I lost my HFS template I created.  Is there a way I can go into the old drive and retrieve the template and move it to the new install?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

if you didn't use the "save options -> to file", then your template is in the registry.
the old registry...
after locating your old registry file, i see 2 possible solutions
1. google for a way to read/export data from it
2. try to open it with a good text/hex editor/viewer that will let you search for a text you remember of your template, and then copy&paste in another file
