Can i create a local Forum with hfs?
i mean working it with any other software/addon to make a forum software

Forum software usually requires PHP and MySQL or Perl. HFS does not yet support these. Apache would be your best choice for now.

I think Apache may be overkill for home user. Smiley

I hadn't tried it with MySQL but for testing PHP and Perl stuff I use Abyss Web Server.

Yes, Abyss Webserver is great.
Hosting a private website on X1 for ~2 years. Not a single problem till now.
Very easy, small and secure.
