I sugested editing in the template because that's how i solved it, but rejetto is in fact right by disabling achivable in the root.

The preventing leeching option actually helps users that are downloading with download accelerators for even with multiple connections the speed would stick to 256Kb/s, allowing them to surpass it (this is what i meant, let's face it 256Kb/s isn't prime speed for these times).
