Just found this today.

When you have a temp ban for all IPs except one, eg. "\192.168.1.1", the "self test" and "find external address" function will not work correctly.

(I also have the "disconnect without reply" selected.)

And, when you're running a self test, hit "cancel" several times, then close hfs from the taskbar will cause a "access violation" error.
