My www. subdomain won't load a page.  It gets either 1 or 2 connections and then the browser times out and shows a blank page.  The other subdomains work (ftp. irc.)  I closed my browser, cleared my cache, and flushed the dns, but HFS still shows just a status of "Requesting" and nothing more.  All three HFS instances running are affected.  I closed HFS and reopened and loaded the default template.  I checked my DNS provider for the proper IP.

Everything seems fine.  How did I break it and how do I fix it?

If you like you can send me your server address and i'll try to connect. It would be useful to know what build of HFS you are running.

do your 3 hfs share configuration?
if not, the problem must be found somewhere else.

The ini files are different, but similar.  Like I was somewhat saying, I don't think that the problem is actually HFS because HFS works fine if I use a different subdomain like:
http://ftp.techneurosa.com:86/
or
http://irc.techneurosa.com:86/
or even no subdomain like:
http://techneurosa.com:86
or even a different domain altogether like:
http://www.80063r.com:86

but http://www.techneurosa.com:86
always times out.  But HFS gets the "Request" in the connections window.

I am using HFS 2.3 beta build 241

Is it possible that someone hijacked my subdomain?

ARRRGGGHH!  Freaking COOKIES! Angry

I cleared my cache but not the cookies. Grin

I have to do some work on this template but apparently the cookies also confused the default template somehow!

All is fine now, except for the template.
