HFS can't thumbnail Picture in the folder in IE.
How can I fix it

i tested this template very long time ago, from what i remember most of the images were linked to external server the image was probably removed from the server. I think they had local files available aswell.

I am using Live V3.0 and it only shows thumbs via the old "Thumbnail and Preview Generator GUI.exe" program as far as I can tell.

The "TPG" interface has switches for two distinct template types but "Live" seems to automatically pickup the thumbs folders created as if they were made for it.

Just one thing though, if you have a LOT of images in a folder it can take a long time to load them in your browser even with reduced quality, a fast connection and Fast HD's.

Not exactly sure where I got the original file from but it was called "t-p-generator-2.0.1.3.zip".
Haven't been here in pretty much 18 months so have no idea where a lot of these tools are now.

Yeah you're a little outdated, the TPGen 3 has been released and is a lot better, I even use it for web galleries I make for people. Also my Live template will use the original images as default, but generating them is recommended.
