translating the window is very hard, because it's not currently designed to be easy.

the browser-side means just translating the [special:strings] of the template.
you'll see the template if you press F6.

Hi I use HFS and translate in Bulgarian for me. Every template need to translate.  Smiley
For translate HFS apps need help only about to open app / inside/ I translator but no programer. Smiley

Hello.

I have Bulgarian localization for the server. (Made by me !)

If owners of the server want it i will give them the file with BG translation.
