HFS is an amazing program, thanks for making it. I found a new (?) use for it and just thought I would share this with you. I have an internet streaming radio in my kitchen and sometimes I want to stream mp3s to it from my pc.
This is how it can be done in a very easy way: Use this minimalistic template:

[files]
%list%
[file]
http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/%item-url%
where the XXX part has to be replaced with the IP address of the PC where HFS is running. The effect is, that HFS will basically serve an M3U playlist that contains all files as entry.
Configure your internet radio to use
http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/ as the source for playback (your radio should allow you to save this as a favorite or something like that).
now all you have to do is drag and drop mp3 files onto HFS and start playback on your internet radio. works very well here.
