HTTP 1.1 503 / Service Unavailable Error

Why am I getting this error?
Also after port-forwarding in my router setting, the self test is failing.

Please help!

The software is amazing to use but I am not able to solve these problems.

1. the self-test is not working good these days, with many false-negatives, that is: a failure may not necessarily be true.
2. when do you get this error? just at first access of your server?
3. to replace your ip you must use a dynamic dns service. Google for it, and you'll find.
