fixed some very ugly bugs introduced in last 2 builds. Sorry.

what's new
+ new scripting commands: get item, vfs select
+ {.set item|resource=XXX.}
- delete, rename, comment and new folder were not supporting non-ansi characters
- /~files.lst broken in build #263 [link]
- some features (e.g. custom IPs) broken in build #261 [link]

Thank you for this new release!  

I have not yet had occasion to test the new features, but I like them well on paper.

You will go perhaps finally rest a bit and do some farniente under the sun of Roma.
