Let everyone create there own folder anfter the folder is creater IP is logoed Admin can set it so only that ip can only upload file to that folder or everyone can upload to that folder

Set how much a IP can upload like 10gb or even 100gb of files once then reach there limit they can not upload any more files but thye can still download

Limit how much a IP can download a day or month

Limit how many times a day or month a file can be downloaded

Limit differnet file types can have differnt max file sizes like JPG 2.5mb GIF 5mb MP3s 10mb

When posting pics way to make clickable thumnail images so they can be posted on msg forum

most of the things you asked canbe made by users through scripting.
even when someone will make them, i don't mean to include them in the default package.
i will instead work on a plugin system.
