i have this problem
i have mikrotik router all users speed are limited by profile
the hfs is install on pc connecting to the local network
the problem is when the users want to download from hfs theire speed still limit throw mikrotik
so i need mikrotik open speed for users when they download from hfs and limit speed when they download from internet sites

thats probably a router limitation... what you are trying to do is probably best done with an active directory server....but you can still try getting a very very expensive cisco router set internal and external bandwidth limitations.

since this problem is 99% related to your router and 1% to hfs, it's easier to find an expert on a router specific forum.
