Here two  problems I noticed:

edited:  
         Problem #1 was my error ! bad source file... deleted...

2. If, for some reason, my ISP disconnects me, and I redial/re-connect, I get a new IP for my PC. The HFS server - does not notice this change and remains in the "old" IP. Is it possible to have an option for auto-checking for IP change every xxx seconds ?

Try www.no-ip.com. They have a client that will update a domain name with your dynamic IP, so you can just give people your domain name instead of your IP.

I suggest to make it once every XXX seconds (XXX configurable, default - 10).

BTW - Have you had a chance to fix the problem with Hebrew chars in file names ?

URL standard does not permit those characters, i will have to encode them (in the %XX form)

Someone gave me a hint/lead -
to check the difference between Win98 and Win NT regarding how they deal with Unicode ...

May be this means something  to you...
