1. Did you try with small upload on version 277?
2. Did you use same port for all previous version?

I was trying to say "I tried 276, then 275, then 274 Tongue"

I am trying 277 on another computer and will also try the new template to see if its my own problem only...

I uninstalled any IIS related things and seems fixed now

anyway, i gave a look at the changes between 274 and 275, and didn't find anything that appears related to network functionalities.
I think maybe your testing suffered by some coincidences and 274 has the problem as others. Let me know if you find more.
