Upgrade from 2.2f to beta 279

Hi,
Just getting to know this s/w, installed and setup 2.2f, like it and would like to upgrade to beta 279.  I've looked thru the forum but didn't find any upgrade/install instructions.  Will I have to setup 279 or can I migrate/restore 2.2f settings? 
I'm impressed with this s/w and all the support given to it.

HFS have a function that make make it automaticly upgrade to the newest version, but you have to go in expert mode(click easy mode icon or F5) and then go : Menu -> Updates -> Updates from official to beta versions.
And then go : Menu -> Updates -> Check for news/updates.
And you can then go back to easy mode(click the expert mode icon or F5).

when you start a newer version of HFS, it's normally able to load old settings.
But reverting to an older version is not guaranteed, so you need to backup settings before you upgrade.
