HFS not working

i setup port(1000) forwarding for my pc in router (digicom ddsl 104rt) and also setup firewall rules.
it works from my internal ip address but does'not work from my external ip address
but when i tested my port using this link http://corz.org/probe?tcp_port=1000 it shows success and hfs shows internet log
but self test fails always
but website is not displayed when i directly input external address with port in my browser
please help what might be the problem?

1. self test is giving "false negatives" lately.
I hope to fix it soon.
So your server is actually working!

2. you cannot use your external address within your local network. That's not a problem.
