so,
is it possible to add these two features ?
so an authorized user can delete these own file and add comments ?

No not yet, have a look in the to-do list... i think there is something like that in there already...

there is a tricky way to add comments:
- give upload permission
- tell users to upload the comment inside a file with name "FILENAME.comment"
